Lighted Whip Head

  • Constructed from super tough polyurethane for impact, shock, vibration, corrosion, oil, and grease resistance.

Safety Flags

  • Heavy duty vinyl coated nylon mesh construction.
  • Bound at edges.
  • Available in 11.5” x 11.5” and 16” x 16” square, and 9.5” x 12” triangular standard sizes.  Custom sizes available.
  • 5 mesh colors to choose from:  International blaze orange, red, bright lime/yellow, blue, and green.

Lighted Whip Pole

  • Our General Purpose Safety Whips poles are manufactured from a special blend of high quality resin/fiberglass for superior performance.
  • Considered our light duty 3/8” diameter fiberglass rods.  If your application requires daily use please review our Super Duty Safety Whips by clicking on this link.
  • Wires are ‘hand fed’ through a small hole in the center of the rod.  This allows the wires to move freely during use and storage.

Lighted Whip Mounting Base

  • Steel hex mounting base which securely holds the rod and provides a means to mount the whip to the vehicle.
  • Fully interchangeable with other lighted whips in the marketplace.
  • 1/2” - 20 male thread.
  • Bright zinc plate.  Meets or exceeds ASTM B633 Class 8 Standards.
  • Field replaceable ‘Hot Plug’ electrical connection or 18” flying leads.
  • Patent Pending ‘Tru-Connect’ assembly design which virtually eliminates troublesome electrical problems.
