Product Features/Specifications

  •  Available in 5’, 6’, 8’, 10’, and 12’ standard lengths.  Custom lengths
    available.
  • Hex mounting base and ‘Hot Plug’ electrical connection as standard.  18” flying leads available.
  • Vibration and corrosion resistant lamp head with 1156 SC Bayonet lamp socket.
  • High strength 1/2” tapered fiberglass rod.
  • Internal wires are hand fed through the rod (not molded into the rod) which allows the internal wires to move freely while bending and vibrating.
  • Variety of flag sizes and colors available, with or without reflective ‘X’.
  • Gecko ‘Tru-Connect’ electrical connection design which virtually eliminates electrical failure in the field.

Lighted Whip Head

  • Constructed from super tough polyurethane for impact, shock, vibration, corrosion, oil, and grease resistance.

Safety Flags

  • Heavy duty vinyl coated nylon mesh construction.
  • Bound at edges.
  • Available in 11.5” x 11.5” and 16” x 16” square, and 9.5” x 12” triangular standard sizes.  Custom sizes available.
  • 5 mesh colors to choose from:  International blaze orange, red, bright lime/yellow, blue, and green.

Lighted Whip Pole

  • By incorporating the appropriate design with proper fiberglass and thermoset resin, the lighted mine safety whip pole is designed to allow for maximum performance and life in which it will hold the flag/lamp in the  most upright position during use while also allowing the user to bend the whip for storage.
  • Wires are ‘hand fed’ through a small hole in the center of the rod.  This allows the wires to move freely during use and storage.
  • Double-Dip poly coat process with UV protection.

Lighted Whip Mounting Base

  • Steel hex mounting base which securely holds the rod and provides a means to mount the whip to the vehicle.
  • Fully interchangeable with other lighted whips in the marketplace.
  • 1/2” - 20 male thread.
  • Bright zinc plate.  Meets or exceeds ASTM B633 Class 8 Standards.
  • Field replaceable ‘Hot Plug’ electrical connection or 18” flying leads.
  • Patent Pending ‘Tru-Connect’ assembly design which virtually eliminates troublesome electrical problems.
