Steel Lighted Whip Electrical Termination Options

  • 18” flying leads or,

Steel Non-Lighted Whip Pole

  • Our steel non-ighted whip rods are made from a 1/4” diameter high quality spring steel pole.  The pole is covered with a PVC jacket which protectsthe rod and provides for higher visibility.
  • Standard available length of 78”
  • PVC Jackets colors available are red, black, yellow, white, green and blue.

Steel Lighted Whip Mounting Base

  • The steel rod is permanently attached to the mounting base which provides a means to mount the whip to the vehicle.
  • 1/2” - 20 male thread.
  • Bright zinc plate.  Meets or exceeds ASTM B633 Class 8 Standards.


Gecko STEEL Non-Lighted Safety Whips are what we consider a medium duty whip.  They are manufactured with a 1/4” high grade spring steel shaft with PVC protective cover.  Currently they are offered in one length of 78”.
